The relationship between a parent and adult child involves multiple individuals and circumstances beyond the control of Lifespan Parenting. We cannot guarantee: reconciliation, relationship repair, increased communication, behavioral changes by an adult child, specific outcomes. Our goal is to help parents develop healthier relational patterns, communication skills, emotional regulation, and attachment-informed understanding.
